So we are driving through Montana. It's beautiful and hilly. I am super tired seeing how we only got about 3 hours of sleep. But tonight will be better. I am excited to see all my relatives that I haven't seen in many years. I really think Ken will enjoy them. The sun is out and I am happy about that after all the rain over the mountians last night. The cats seem more comfortable today. I think the break at the hotel helped. :)
We just went through the contenental divide. It's pretty here. Lots of rocks and trees. We stopped at the rest area to go to the rest room and went to check on the cats. We looked in the back and they weren't there. We looked in the other windows and saw nothing. We knew they had to be there. One was hiding between the two tvs the other was in a bunch of blankets. so now they are just hanigng out all over the car. Silly cats...lol.

We finally made it to Ranchester about 7pm. I had a bunch of my relatives there: Ronnie and Linda, Allen and Tammy, Stephanie, Maureen, Dick and Cecilia and everyones kids :). It was nice to catch up and just be in their presents. We haven't seen one another in so many years. Eventually everyone had to go because the kids are back in school but we hung out with Ronnie and Linda for quite a while but we were exhausted so we finally headed out about 10:30. We got to the hotel we made a reservation at and they didn't have a pet room for us. I had specifically told them that we had two cats with us and she had qouted me the extra fee for the pets. I was like well what am I suppose to do with my cats. I was like I can't cancel because of your policy. She actually said because of the situation we could cancel. So we ended up doing that and coming up the street to a much more friendly (and cheaper) hotel. I am glad we made the change. The cats have been super active all night. I think part of that is because they slept all day in the car. I guess we will see where we get to tomorrow.

So glad you got to visit some of the crew in Wyo. So you started off rough it happens. We miss you both and think of you often driving so far incase we forgot to tell you "BE CAREFUL" we love you and will check to see how things are going along the way. Maybe one day you could stop a little early and get some needed rest sonds like you may need a little.
